This policy explains how Mioryde Technologies Pvt. Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the Mioryde website and app. This is a template pending legal review — do not treat it as final legal text.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — name, mobile number, email and saved addresses.
- Trip data — pickup and drop-off locations, live location during a trip, fare and payment records, invoices.
- Driver partner KYC — identity, licence and vehicle registration documents, verified with authorised agencies.
- Device & usage data — app version, device identifiers, crash logs and analytics events.
2. How we use it
To match bookings with driver partners, show live tracking, process payments, generate GST invoices, prevent fraud, provide support and improve the product. We send service messages (OTPs, trip updates) and, with your consent, promotional communications.
3. Sharing
Trip details are shared between you and your assigned driver partner to complete the delivery. We share data with payment processors, KYC verification agencies and analytics providers under contract, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention & security
Data is retained as long as your account is active or as required by tax and transport regulations, then deleted or anonymised. Data in transit and at rest is encrypted, and access is restricted on a need-to-know basis.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent for promotional messages at any time from app settings or by writing to support@mioryde.com.
