Terms of Service

Mioryde is a technology platform that connects users who need goods transported within a city with independent driver partners who provide transportation services. Mioryde itself does not provide transportation; driver partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Mioryde.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details, including a valid mobile number. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and OTPs confidential.

• Fares shown before booking are estimates based on distance, vehicle type and demand; the final fare may vary with route changes, waiting time or additional stops.
• Bookings are confirmed in the Mioryde Android app. Handover of goods is verified with a start OTP.
• Cancellation fees may apply after a driver partner has accepted your booking.

• Do not ship any item on our Prohibited Items list.
• Pack goods adequately for road transport; declare accurate weight, contents and value.
• Provide required statutory documents (e.g. E-way bills for eligible consignments — see the E-way Bill FAQ).

Mioryde's aggregate liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the amounts set out in the fare receipt or, where applicable, the transit cover included with your booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by traffic, weather or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform or attempt to harm driver partners, other users or Mioryde staff.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office of Mioryde Technologies Pvt. Ltd shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
